Dave's Info
Dave grew up in northern Minnesota, moved to Grand Forks in to attend UND. After attending UND, he worked briefly in the insurance and security business. However my real passion was radio. "Ever since I was 9 (my earliest recollection) I wanted to be in radio, often imitating long time KKXL announcer Kurt Martin, with my tape recorder and microphone in my parents basement". So he dove into the radio world, starting part-time for KKXL-FM (XL93). Dave has been in radio since 1992. He has been on nights, mid-days, morning show host (Kool 100.3 for 6 years), and for the last 2+ years doing the afternoon drive on 100.3 Cat Country.
Music is not just a job, it is a passion.
